5+ years of experience with Java, Kubernetes, Kafka, SQL, APIs, and Microservices.
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Data Factory and Logic Apps.
3+ years of Systems Analysis experience.
Experience with Data Modeling (UML) and API Modeling (Swagger/OpenAPI).
Strong SQL and relational database design skills.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to Justice Systems is preferred.
CGIS Certification is a plus.
Experience with event-driven architecture and enterprise system integration.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
