Required Skills:
8+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Data Analysis
Healthcare domain experience is mandatory (Medical Claims, Pharmacy Claims, or Enrollment Data)
Strong expertise in SQL/PLSQL and complex query development
Experience with Data Integration, Data Mapping, ETL/ELT, Data Validation, and Data Quality
Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4j)
Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Spark, or Hadoop
Familiarity with JIRA, Agile/SAFe methodologies
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize complex SQL/PLSQL queries for data processing and validation.
Design, implement, and support scalable data integration and ETL solutions.
Monitor data quality, data security, and production workflows.
Collaborate with product owners, analysts, and engineering teams to deliver healthcare data solutions.
Perform production support, data troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
Create technical documentation, participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and mentor junior engineers.
Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards, security, and organizational policies.
