Min 2 yrs. exp. in Analyst position (s) involving a) resolving diverse tickets through IT Service Management (ITSM) tool, b) developing complex SQL queries, & c) conducting comprehensive technical software application knowledge transfer sessions required. Compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. The estimated base salary range for this position is between $95,000 to $105,000 USD
