Senior Construction Estimator Job

We are seeking a Senior Construction Estimator who will be responsible for interpreting drawings, reading specifications and do takeoff on certain items. The ideal candidate must have the willingness to learn new technology and estimating software, have strong technical and communication skills, and work well in a team environment.

Reading and understanding of contract drawings and project specifications
Perform takeoff of electric items, consisting of light fixtures, branch power devices and fire alarm device
Work with vendors and QA estimates
Lead projects and coordinate and support with internal teams to ensure alignment of scope
Conducts site visits to understand practical field installation requirements
Works closely with project management team on change order pricing
You can lead others and assist them on what needs to be done
