SVTronics Inc. seeks a Senior Computer Systems Engineer in Plano, Texas.

Need master’s degree in Computer Science or related, or foreign equivalent. Need 3 years of experience as Software Developer or Computer System Analyst, including 3 years of experience in working within Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment; developing and supporting enterprise applications using SAP ABAP and SAP S/4HANA technologies; designing and implementing ERP system integrations and enterprise application architecture; working with REST APIs and enterprise system interfaces; and performing system testing, including performance testing, debugging, and optimization using standard testing and monitoring tools. Job duties: Conduct comprehensive analysis and technical audits of existing computer systems, applications, and infrastructure to identify performance gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization. Design and develop advanced systems engineering solutions to automate and enhance manufacturing and business operations by analyzing information requirements, evaluating workflows, and applying structured software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies. Evaluate operational feasibility of proposed system enhancements by analyzing current business, manufacturing, and quality control processes, identifying system limitations, and recommending scalable technical solutions. Monitor system performance, diagnose complex system issues, and implement timely resolutions to ensure system reliability, stability, and continuous operation. Define system requirements, functional specifications, and technical solutions through detailed problem analysis, stakeholder consultation, and independent research of emerging technologies. Collaborate with software development teams to design and implement applications that collect, process, and analyze manufacturing quality and defect data, including real-time monitoring and automated alerting mechanisms. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop customized software tools and dashboards that support project planning, execution tracking, and reporting on customer account performance and operational metrics. Develop and implement automated test programs for circuit board validation and product qualification, improving testing accuracy and efficiency within manufacturing environments. Conduct research, testing, and validation of software patches, upgrades, and system fixes to ensure compatibility, reliability, and compliance with technical standards. Design and implement system integrations using RESTful APIs to connect ERP systems with external vendors and suppliers, streamlining procurement, quoting, and supply chain processes. Lead software deployment activities, including migration from test to production environments, ensuring adherence to release management protocols and validating system performance against defined requirements. Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for system users, resolving complex issues encountered during implementation and post-deployment phases. Perform ongoing system maintenance, including updates, enhancements, and performance tuning of both software and hardware components to ensure optimal system functionality.
