Senior Clinical Research & Quality Coordinator Job

1. Coordinate and oversee collection and analysis of clinical and patient outcome data from the employer’s emergency care facilities.
2. Work with physicians and nursing staff to review patient outcomes and support healthcare quality improvement initiatives.
3. Maintain databases and records related to patient treatment outcomes and clinical performance indicators.
4. Prepare reports evaluating treatment effectiveness, clinical trends, and patient outcomes to support decision-making.
5. Assist physicians with preparation of clinical documentation, data summaries, and outcome analyses.
6. Ensure compliance with healthcare documentation standards and internal policies.
7. Support planned or ongoing clinical research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes.
8. Train or guide staff on clinical documentation practices and healthcare data reporting procedures.

Master's degree & 2 years of experience are required
