At our clinic, Quantum Physical Therapy & Chiropractic Care, PLLC, the position of Senior Clinical Exercise Physiologist, located in Baldwin, New York (Nassau County), requires, at a minimum, the completion of a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy or its foreign equivalent. The required degree must include substantial academic coursework providing advanced training in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, biomechanics, therapeutic exercise, rehabilitation sciences, pathology, pharmacology, patient assessment, clinical evaluation methodologies, neuromuscular function, functional movement analysis, and evidence-based patient care.

Such specialized academic training provides the theoretical and clinical foundation necessary to perform the duties of the position, including conducting physiological and functional assessments, evaluating patient physical capabilities and limitations, developing individualized exercise and rehabilitation programs, monitoring patient progress, implementing therapeutic exercise interventions, performing clinical evaluations, analyzing functional movement patterns, applying rehabilitation methodologies, and utilizing evidence-based clinical practices to support patient recovery, physical function, and overall health outcomes in a rehabilitation and patient-care setting.
