Small Business Litigation Law firm in Newport Beach is looking for an associate attorney with a solid 2-5 years of civil litigation experience. Specifically, we are looking for someone who has experience in drafting pleadings, motions and oppositions, propounding and responding to discovery, ADR, depositions and some trial experience. Experience in business litigation is a definite plus.
This is a small "lifestyle" law firm with standard 40 hours work week. Very little overtime or weekends required, if any.
