Senior Associate Job

LaGuardia Design Landscape Architecture, P.C. dba LaGuardia Design Group has a full-time Senior Associate position in Water Mill, New York. Duties include: Prepare creative concept designs and solutions for residential, commercial and institutional projects; Draft base maps, site plans, construction details and specifications; Render site plans in Photoshop and by hand for client and architect presentations; Prepare design decks and graphic presentations using Illustrator and Photoshop; Build physical site models and digital 3D models using Sketchup, Revit, Lumion and Grasshopper; Lead site visits to map field conditions, inventory existing plants, and map existing conditions; Prepare project budgets and project schedules; Coordinate consultants and team members; Catalog digital drawings, material samples, specifications, and project photographs; Manage contractor and client relations; Prepare project progress reports; Manage budget and schedule throughout project implementation, and; Lead completion of punch-list at end of project. Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or related field and 2 years of experience required. Salary from $85,717 per year.
