Senior Associate Scientist Job

Zoetis, Inc. Creating and characterizing stable mammalian cell lines expressing therapeutic molecules of interest that are suitable for the manufacture of clinical supplies and commercial products in accord with GMP. Representing CLD on project teams to clearly communicate CLD progress and results, provide subject matter expertise and feedback, and adhere to project timelines. Assisting in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies and approaches that increase the quality and efficiency of the CLD workflow. Maintaining detailed and accurate electronic laboratory notebooks and records in alignment with scientific protocols and applicable Standard Operating Procedures. Authoring study reports that describe cell line lineages and contribute to dossiers that support regulatory filings for new products. Demonstrating outstanding organization skills to engage in multiple projects. Master’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Microbiology, Biomedical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Genetics, Biotechnology, or related or Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Microbiology, Biomedical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Genetics, Biotechnology, or related and 2 years of experience required.
