Position Title: Senior Associate, Corporate Development & Finance
Location: 1 Kingsbury Ave. Watertown, MA 02472
Position Responsibilities: Support the finance department in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Analyze accounting data to provide insights into company performance through data visualization and analytics software. Conduct detailed financial analyses and create sophisticated financial models for evaluating investment opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate finance activities. Guide the execution of mergers and acquisitions transactions and participate in research, due diligence, and post-merger integration.
Position Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, PLUS demonstrable knowledge of: Advanced Excel; M&A due diligence; basic sequential query language; building valuation models; data visualization software, and; financial statement preparation. Required knowledge may be gained prior to, or concurrent with, Master’s degree. May telecommute from any location within the U.S.
