As a Senior All-Source Intelligence Analyst, you’ll work closely with a team to explore new data sources, create effective queries, and synthesize information from various sources to provide a comprehensive understanding of mission environments. Your expertise in analytic tradecraft, defense intelligence, and intelligence information systems will be essential as you research, evaluate, and produce intelligence products that enhance operational readiness and fill intelligence gaps for joint command and component organizations. Your ability to deliver time-critical analysis will make you a trusted resource for your clients, often under pressure.

You Have:
8+ years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis.
Experience analyzing defense intelligence topics, such as military capabilities, political-military issues, order of battle, infrastructure, cyber, human terrain, or threat finance.
Experience applying client writing styles and all-source analytic tradecraft standards, including ICD 203 and 206.
Experience briefing intelligence products to senior military and government officials.
Knowledge of IC-standard intelligence and production tools, databases, techniques, and platforms.
A Bachelor’s degree.

Nice If You Have:
Experience as an all-source intelligence analyst supporting a Combatant Command (CCMD) or component organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently interface with leadership.
A Master’s degree.

A competitive salary range of $150,000 - $220,000, based on experience and current market conditions.
