Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior accountant who shall be responsible to Plan, Set-up, Organize and oversee the company’s accounting systems and procedures.
Job Duties:
- Plan, set up and administer accounting systems.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures and internal control.
- Prepare accurate, timely financial statements, summaries, reports and other cost-benefit analysis in accordance with our
established schedule and with inputs from senior management.
- Manage the day-to-day accounting operations and the timely close of month-end/year-end processes, including GL
reconciliations and the preparation of Balance Sheet/Income statement variance analysis reports and other management
reports.
- Recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices.
- Oversee and ensure proper monthly revenue reporting through daily review and reconciliation of sales entries and
receipts.
- Processing and recording accounting transactions, including Accruals, Prepaid adjustments, Capital asset recording.
- Develop and maintain cost findings, reporting and internal control procedure.
- Analyze financial documents and reports.
- Examine accounting records.
- Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits.
- Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping
systems.
- Notify and report to Senior management concerning trends that are critical for the business.
- Complete and perform any other task assigned by the management.
