Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Tax Preparation & Advisory
• Prepare and review individual tax returns for clients with $500K+ in AUM.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely filing.
• Stay current on tax law changes and provide strategic planning advice.
Practice Development
• Lead the transition of tax services from third-party providers to in-house.
• Collaborate with leadership to integrate tax services into marketing, billing, compliance, and operations.
• Build scalable processes for long-term growth of the in-house CPA practice.
Client Engagement
• Serve as a trusted advisor to high-value clients.
• Provide proactive tax planning in alignment with clients’ broader financial strategies.
Collaboration with Leadership
• Partner with the COO to align tax services with business strategy.
• Support cross-functional initiatives to strengthen client experience.
Team Development & Culture
• Contribute to a collaborative, performance-driven, family-first workplace culture.
• Mentor team members and provide internal tax guidance.

Qualifications
• Active CPA license with significant experience in tax preparation and planning.
• Expertise working with high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Deep understanding of tax regulations and compliance.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to design and implement efficient workflows.
• Strategic thinker with innovation and results orientation.
