📍 Remote – Based in British Columbia | 💼 Full-Time | 💲 $100K Base + Commission + Car Allowance

We’re Only Looking for One Thing: A Proven Industrial Sales Hunter.
If you **sell—not service—**industrial electric motors, rotary pumps, or rotating equipment and have done it successfully for 5+ years, this role is built for you.

The employer is a leading player in the industrial equipment space, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to grow and manage key accounts across British Columbia. This is a remote role with some in-person client visits. Preference given to those outside Metro Vancouver due to territory demands.

🧭 What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing

Develop deep relationships with industrial clients across the province

Deliver technical sales solutions based on client needs

Collaborate with inside sales and support teams to drive results

Attend customer visits, site meetings, and occasional industry events

🔍 Who We Want

5+ years of industrial B2B sales experience (preferably in electric motors, rotary pumps, compressors, or gearboxes)

You’ve sold to OEMs, end users, engineers, and industrial distributors

You know how to grow a territory, not just maintain it

Strong technical aptitude—you understand specs and applications

Proven track record of meeting or beating targets

Experience using a CRM (ideally MS Dynamics)

Based in BC and eligible to work in Canada
