Job Description:
LSW Engineers Arizona, Incorporated is hiring a Semiconductor Construction Project Coordinator to oversee planning, coordination & execution of semiconductor construction projects. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or equivalent to a US degree in Project Management and 24 months of experience in the job offered or related experience. • Facilitate project kickoff meetings for semiconductor construction projects, translating high-level goals into granular, actionable work packages using pull plans and work breakdown structures (WBS) to ensure all tasks are captured for successful delivery.
• Assist in drafting proposals for new projects, revisions, or expansions of services for semiconductor facilities, incorporating MEP design specifications, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and low-voltage.
• Analyze team members’ expertise, roles, and workload to assign tasks appropriately, identify risks proactively, and reallocate work as priorities shift to maintain timelines.
• Serve as the liaison between clients, cross-functional teams, and city permitting officials, leveraging semiconductor industry expertise to accurately interpret, contextualize, communicate, and distribute design directives, clarifications, and technical feedback to discipline experts, minimizing miscommunication and scope misalignment.
• Coordinate and verify project deliverables align with specifications, engineering standards, and client requirements through continuous review of technical submittals, drawing packages, and revision cycles.
• Maintain and update project trackers in Smartsheet and Microsoft to monitor tasks, deliverables, deadlines, and client correspondence, ensuring schedules stay on track.
• Assist with project cost control while supporting change orders and maintaining accurate cost documentation to ensure financial alignment with project goals.
• Manage document control in Autodesk Construction Cloud or ProCore, utilizing BlueBeam Revu to handle sheet management, quality control, and compliance with drawing formats, standards, and client requirements.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing training, and ensuring adherence to technical standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.
