Position Info:
• Position: General Store Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $45.00/hour
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

• Work Location: 15515 24 Ave Unit 28, Surrey, BC V4A 2J4

Job Duties:
• Oversee day-to-day store operations and maintain high service quality across all depot functions
• Organize shift schedules, delegate daily tasks, and guide team members to ensure overall productivity
• Lead the recruitment and training of store staff while enforcing workplace health and safety guidelines
• Manage operational budgets, track daily financial performance, and approve store expenditures
• Analyze local processing trends and customer flow to continuously adjust operational capacity
• Coordinate the intake, sorting, and timely shipment of collected materials
• Assess store equipment needs, monitor supply levels, and arrange necessary maintenance or acquisitions
• Implement deposit refund policies, pricing structures, and customer service guidelines
• Address escalated customer complaints, resolve operational issues, and work with external suppliers and partners

Job requirements:
• Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in retail, depot, or general operations is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
