Security Supervisor - Nights Job

Serves as the lead for day-to-day operations, administration, supervision, coaching, discipline, and motivation of security officers
Consistently demonstrate an approach and behavior that reflects positivity, the core values and mission of transformational leadership, and the core company values (Being on time, Dressed Properly, Engaged and Consistent)
Provide supportive positive leadership to officers in the field.
Teach, train, and coach officers in the field to ensure they understand all post orders
Conduct and properly document the assigned officer field inspections
Monitors daily missed check-ins to ensure all client posts are covered
Expected to take action to ensure all client posts are covered by a qualified officer.

Two (2) years of specialized technical experience related to the duties above, or Five (5) years Law Enforcement Experience with at least Two (2) years in a supervisory/leadership role.
Valid driver’s license.
