Job Description:
Position Overview:
Survivors Protective Services is looking for a professional and dependable Security Site Supervisor to lead and support security operations on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, coordinating site activity, managing emergencies, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional safety and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, coordinate, and schedule security staff and site activities

Monitor and support the performance of security guards and provide coaching or feedback as needed

Serve as the first point of contact in emergency situations and ensure protocols are followed

Resolve site-specific issues and recommend measures to improve efficiency and service delivery

Assist clients and guests with special needs in a professional and respectful manner

Collaborate with other departments or units to support overall site operations
