Security Services Project Manager (Job Code: B023) Job

Job Description: Ensure successful execution and delivery of security consulting projects and services. Act as the primary coordinator for project activities, aligning internal teams and client stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to meet client expectations and contractual obligations. Set project milestones, timelines, and deliverables using tools such as Jira and Kimble. Facilitate communication between clients, consultants, and internal teams, serving as the main point of contact for escalations and issue resolution. Drive solutions architecture and innovation initiatives, contributing to process improvements and strategic goals. Monitor project financials, margins, and resource allocation, and implementing corrective actions as needed. Maintain accurate project documentation and knowledge management practices. Lead retrospectives and continuous improvement efforts to enhance service quality and client satisfaction. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure the consistent, high-quality delivery of consulting services and support the growth and improvement of the delivery management function.

Minimum Requirements:

•EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Cyber Security, Computer Engineering or a related field.
•EXPERIENCE: Five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in web application, web services, and network security testing.
•Special Skills: This position requires education or experience in: Software, network, and system threat modeling and vulnerability assessments; Network penetration testing for internal and external networks; Security testing project management; Pre-sales security testing consulting; Security testing account management; Security services customer presentation skills; and Application Security Tools and secure development processes.
