Job Description

Residences by Armani Casa is seeking a professional and dependable Bilingual Security Officer to join our luxury residential property in Sunny Isles. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety, security, and well-being of residents, guests, and staff while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Responsibilities

Monitor and secure the property, including entrances, exits, and common areas
Control access and verify residents, guests, and vendors
Conduct regular patrols and report any suspicious activity
Respond to incidents, emergencies, and resident concerns promptly
Complete incident reports and daily activity logs
Coordinate with management and front desk team as needed
Uphold building rules and policies at all times

Qualifications

Bilingual (English & Spanish required)
Previous security or related experience preferred
Valid security license (if required by state/local regulations)
Strong communication and observation skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work AM or PM shifts, including weekends and holidays
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
