Security Management Analyst Job

A Security Management Analyst is needed in Suwanee, Georgia.

• Conduct comprehensive security assessments to identify and evaluate potential threats to or-ganizational assets and personnel.
• Develop and implement security policies, programs, and procedures to address identified vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Design and oversee the installation of security systems, including video surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection systems, to safeguard facilities and information and to en-sure seamless operation across various security platforms.
• Ensure all security systems are operational 24/7 through proactive system monitoring, maintenance, and coordination with technical teams.
• Perform regular security audits and inspections to assess the effectiveness of existing measures and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security considerations into organiza-tional processes and projects.
• Managing security-related budgets and schedules, ensuring cost-effective and timely imple-mentation of security initiatives.
• Conduct safety management activities during construction and system implementation, in-cluding OSHA-compliant practices (e.g., OSHA 10 certified site safety management).
• Provide training and guidance to staff on security protocols and emergency response proce-dures.

Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of experience in security management.
