Job Duties
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule activities of security guards
• Assign duties and ensure performance standards are met
• Train new security staff and provide ongoing guidance
• Resolve work-related problems and prepare progress reports
• Ensure compliance with security procedures and safety standards
• Liaise with management and clients
Employment Requirements
• Secondary school completion required; post-secondary education is an asset
• Several years of experience as a security guard
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
