Security guard supervisor Job

At Chime Security, We provide exceptional customer service and security services.
We have immediate opening for 1 position.
As a Security guard supervisor you will perform following duties:
-Assist clients/guests with special needs
-Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations
-Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
-Monitor quality and production levels
-Prepare and submit progress and other reports
-Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
-Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
-Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
-College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 1 years to less than 2 years experience
- Have excellent communication skills
-Security Guard License Required
Terms & Conditions:
• Permanent, full-time employment - 32 hours per week
• Compensation: $29.00 per hour. An overtime rate of 1 ½ of base pay will apply after 44 hours of work per week
• Location: Nottawa, Ontario, L0M 1P0
