Security Guard Supervisor Job

Challenger Security Ltd is looking for 1 full-time and permanent Security Guard Supervisor at Kamloops, BC, V2C 1M2. (Even though this is full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is 36.60/hr and 30-40 hours/week.

Job Description:
• Plan, organize, and schedule work activities
• Assist clients/guests with special needs
• Act as primary contact in emergency situations
• Coordinate operations across departments
• Prepare and submit reports and documentation
• Requisition/order materials, equipment, and supplies
• Resolve workplace issues, provide guidance, and recommend improvements
• Supervise, coordinate, and review staff activities
• Train employees on job duties, safety, and company policies

Employment Requirements
• Completion of secondary school (high school diploma) is usually required.
• 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
• A valid Security Guard License.
