Wage- $26.00/ Hrs.
Start Date: As soon as possible
Location- Calgary, AB, T2W 4X9
Employment Term: Permanent. Full time 30-40 Hrs./Week
Employment target groups- Youth, visible minorities, indigenous people, newcomers to Canada, mature workers.
Job requirements
Languages: English.
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 to less than 2 years
Work Location- On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities
Tasks
Schedule events, programs and activities
Schedule work
Assist clients/guests with special needs
Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations
Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
Prepare and submit progress and other reports
Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
Supervision: 3-4 people
Credentials
Certificates, licenses, memberships, and courses : Security Guard License
