Security guard supervisor- 2 Positions Job

At Real Time Security Services Inc., we provide exceptional customer service and security services. We have immediate opening for 2 positions.

As a Security guard supervisor, you will perform following duties:

Assist clients/guests with special needs
Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations
Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
Monitor quality and production levels
Prepare and submit progress and other reports
Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
Supervise office and volunteer staff

Terms & Conditions:

• Permanent, full-time employment – 32 hours per week

• Compensation: $18 per hour. An overtime rate of 1 1/2 of base pay will apply after 44 hours of work per week

• Location: Vanier (Ottawa), ON

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
-Minimum Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
–1 year to less than 2 years’ experience
