Responsibilities:
• Sort, verify, and process securities, insurance, and other financial transactions, including buy and sell transactions of stocks, bonds, and other investment products.
• Calculate insurance premiums, pension benefits, annuity payments, and other financial figures as required.
• Process insurance enrollments, cancellations, policy changes, claims transactions, and premium payments in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Review insurance applications and verify coverage details, eligibility, premiums paid, and supporting documentation.
• Compile, maintain, and update accurate records and databases related to securities holdings, transaction histories, insurance policies, claims, rates, investment products, and client financial portfolios.
• Compile and maintain stock, bond, and other securities listings, along with related financial documentation.
• Enter, verify, and update client financial data, insurance policy information, investment records, and retirement plan details using computerized processing systems.
• Track policy renewals, pending transactions, compliance requirements, and outstanding client documentation.
• Assist in compiling financial data and reports related to investment income, capital gains, premiums, and other securities- or insurance-related financial information.
• Prepare and process financial forms, insurance documentation, investment records, and correspondence using computerized systems.
• Respond to client, insurer, and advisor inquiries related to insurance coverage, investment products, securities transactions, and policy status.
