Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in Agile delivery leadership, with a strong track record of guiding teams through successful Agile transformations.
Advanced proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar) to manage workflows, reporting, and metrics.
Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder and dependency management, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and align multiple teams toward common objectives.
Strong understanding of Scrum framework, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote collaboration.
Certification in Agile coaching or Scrum (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe, or equivalent).
Prior experience in a leadership role within a technology or software development organization.
Familiarity with scaling frameworks and managing multi-team delivery programs.
