We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our SLP-led therapy company, Speech Time Confessions, LLC. If you’re passionate about helping children develop the communication skills they need to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally, we’d love to hear from you.
Position Overview
As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will evaluate, diagnose, and provide speech and language therapy services to students with communication disorders. You’ll work alongside teachers, families, and special education staff to support student success in an encouraging and inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities
* Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
* Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals.
* Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
* Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
* Participate in IEP meetings and other required special education meetings.
* Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations.
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
* Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
* Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
* School-based experience is preferred but not required.

* Hourly rates based on experience, no less than $45/hr.
