We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Scheduler/Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruitment and hiring processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless candidate experience and supporting our talent acquisition team with scheduling, communication, and logistical coordination throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones. Act as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive interview experience.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate records and interview feedback. Post job openings on job boards, company website, and social media channels.
• Assist with sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms as needed.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
• Help prepare offer letters, background checks, and onboarding documentation.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate pipeline health.
• Support recruitment-related projects and events, such as career fairs and employer branding efforts.
