Required Skills:
Strong experience as a SCADA Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Solution Designer.
Hands-on expertise with Ignition SCADA Architecture (Mandatory).
Experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade SCADA and High Availability (HA) solutions.
Strong knowledge of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technology (OT).
Experience developing HMI/Visualizations, scripting, data flows, and SCADA deployments.
Experience integrating SCADA with Historians, MES, GIS, Asset Management Systems, and Cloud Platforms.
Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols: OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT, and DNP3.
Experience with OT cybersecurity standards including IEC 62443, Purdue Model, NIS, and network segmentation.
Strong experience gathering requirements, solution architecture, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Renewable Energy domain experience.
Experience leading architecture reviews, technical governance, and enterprise integration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and architect Ignition SCADA solutions aligned with enterprise and OT standards.
Develop HMI screens, scripting, data flows, and high-availability SCADA architectures.
Integrate SCADA with enterprise platforms and industrial systems.
Support commissioning, testing, deployment, and production go-live activities.
Troubleshoot SCADA applications, communication, and performance issues.
Ensure compliance with OT cybersecurity standards and governance.
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, IT, and third-party vendors.
Create architecture documents, technical specifications, and implementation best practices.
Lead solution design sessions, identify risks and dependencies, and mentor technical teams.
