SC Medical Assistant Job

The Medical Assistant will assist in the preparation and delivery of ambulatory patient care as directed by providers and other licensed clinical personnel. The Medical Assistant is expected to skillfully and consistently perform clinical duties per established policy and procedure. The care is based on the nursing process and augments the medical plan of treatment appropriate to the Specialty Clinic.

Qualifications:

• 
  Graduate of an accredited school of Medical Assisting


• CPR - BLS is required


• One year experience in pediatric office or family setting preferred


• Ability to speak Spanish is strongly preferred but not required


• National certification preferred
