SC Genetics Case Coord (Nex) Job

The Genetics Case Coordinator functions under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator, assigned provider, and the Medical Directors of the Genetics. The Genetics Case Coordinator will skillfully provide quality case management services to assigned patients , which may include patients scheduled in the FW clinic, outlying clinics, and those scheduled utilizing telemedicine. They will Work collaboratively with the Genetics team members and maintains optimum productivity while meeting the needs of the patients and their families.

The Case Coordinator will also be assisting in gathering data from patients for a research project.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Baccalaureate degree in genetics, biology, sociology, social work, psychology, child development, or other related field preferred.
• Two years case management experience or comparable clinical experience desired.
• Bilingual ability preferred. (Spanish)
