SC Education Coordinator (Nex) Job

The Nurse Education Coordinator position is responsible for providing direct care to diabetes and endocrine patients seen in the clinic. This person enhances the quality of patient care by providing education, in-service, and continuing education programs for patients/families and the nursing staff.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Licensure to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience is required
• Certified Diabetes Educator or eligible is preferred but not required
