Job Description and Responsibilities:
• Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
• Operate machinery such as grinders, choppers and stuffers to process and bag, box or otherwise package food products
• Meat Cutting and spice blending
• Set up and adjust processing and packaging machines.
• Make special sausages
• Meat cutting and deboning in preparation for sausage production and whole muscle further processing
• General operating procedures including receiving of products, inventory management, first in first out stock rotation and quality control
• Follow our HACCAP protocols
• Clean machines and immediate work areas
