Job Duties:
-Operate and monitor multi-function food-processing machinery and sausage-linking equipment to maintain consistent production flow.
-Set up, feed, and unload meat into processing machines; prepare ingredients and adjust machinery as required.
-Link, portion, and arrange sausages according to weight, size, and quality specifications.
-Record processing parameters and inspect materials and finished products for consistency and defects.
-Handle and store raw meat safely to prevent contamination.
-Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and equipment, following all sanitation and food safety procedures.
-Assist with packaging, labeling, and storage of finished products.
-Perform other related labour or support tasks to assist overall production operations.

-Secondary school completion is an asset.
-7 months to 1 year of experience in food or meat processing required.
-Knowledge of sausage-linking, casing handling, and food safety procedures.
-Ability to operate and clean processing equipment safely and efficiently.
-Strong attention to detail and product quality.
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cold environment with repetitive tasks.
-Physically able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
-Reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to hygiene and sanitation standards.
