Required Skills:
Strong experience with SAP ME (Manufacturing Execution) and SAP MII (Manufacturing Integration & Intelligence).
Hands-on experience supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in production environments.
Expertise integrating SAP ME/MII with SAP ERP (PP), SAP EWM, SAP PCo, and custom manufacturing applications.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, plant-floor systems, and production support.
Experience with application support, incident management, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
Knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
Experience creating functional specifications, technical documentation, and solution designs.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting multiple manufacturing plants.
Experience with SAP ME/MII upgrades, deployments, and Lifecycle Management (LCM).
Experience leading MES implementation and support teams.
