• Guest Service: Greet guests in a cheerful, helpful manner and prepare their orders with care.
• Food Preparation: Prepare food neatly, according to established formulas, and in a timely manner. Measure and monitor food temperatures to maintain quality.
• Point of Sale: Operate the cash register and follow all required cash-handling procedures.
• Cleanliness: Maintain clean and sanitized sandwich-line, dining, restroom, and kitchen areas. Restock bread and ingredients as required.
• Compliance: Follow Subway safety, security, food-handling procedures, and applicable local health codes.
