Job Description:
As a Salon Supervisor at Four Leaves Nail & Beauty, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting our team of skilled beauty professionals. Your role will include managing staff schedules, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized salon environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support salon staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during all business hours
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Assist in training and onboarding new staff members
Support marketing and promotional activities to drive customer engagement and salon revenue

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the beauty or retail industry
Post secondary graduation is needed.
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of beauty treatments and products is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and salon management software
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
