We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic salesperson to join our team.
Job duties:
• Welcome customers, present company products, and introduce the benefits of 3D custom footwear.
• Operate 3D foot-scanning equipment to accurately measure and analyze customers' foot shapes.
• Recommend suitable shoe styles, materials, and customization options based on scan results and customer preferences.
• Process sales transactions, create customer orders, and handle basic after-sales inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom/sales environment.
• Assist with inventory checking and store promotional activities.
Skills requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior sales experience an asset.
• Good communication and customer service skills in English.
• Comfortable learning and using modern digital tech/devices (such as 3D scanners and software).
• Energetic, friendly, patient, and eager to learn new skills.
