Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of total Salesforce experience, with a proven track record of leading enterprise-level implementations.
5+ years of SFDC Developer/Admin experience with Salesforce Technologies, including Salesforce CRM, Apex Language, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, Visual Force Pages, Workflow Approvals, Dashboards, Custom Objects, Package Installations, Email Templates, Formulas, Validation Rules, and AppExchange.
8+ years of experience with programming languages including APEX, Core Java, and JavaScript.
Salesforce Lightning Web Component development experience is required.
5+ years of experience working with tools such as Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, and ANT; AutoRABIT experience is preferred.
Hands-on experience with Agentforce for building AI agents.
Experience working in an Agile methodology; experience with SAFe methodology is preferred.
5+ years of background in health insurance/healthcare (payer/provider, claims intake/routing).
Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1) Certification is required.
Health Cloud expertise is required.
Must have experience leading a global team (onshore/offshore) and be responsible for project delivery end-to-end.
