Required Skills:
15+ years of overall IT experience with extensive Salesforce Architecture experience.
Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) (Certification or implementation experience is mandatory).
Experience implementing FSC solutions in Banking, Wealth Management, or Insurance domains.
Strong knowledge of Service Cloud and Customer Service processes.
Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, and Lightning Framework.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce Well-Architected Framework, platform limits, and Large Data Volume (LDV) strategies.
Experience designing enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or Informatica.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Security, Shield, SSO, OAuth, SAML, and compliance standards such as GDPR and PCI DSS.
Experience with CI/CD, Copado, and Git.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Wealth Management, Insurance Underwriting, or Retail Banking implementations.
Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional Certification.
Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification.
Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect Certification.
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a plus.
