Job duties:
• Develop and articulate a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and market conditions
• Lead the formulation of sales objectives and policies to drive revenue growth
• Directly manage and oversee senior staff positions within the Sales Department, establishing clear roles and responsibilities
• Strategically allocate resources, including materials and personnel, and ensure the recruitment and placement of qualified sales professionals
• Select, mentor, and develop middle managers to create a high-performing and motivated sales team
• Facilitate seamless coordination between sales and marketing teams, manufacturing divisions, and other relevant departments to ensure a synchronized approach to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
• Represent the company in sales-related matters, both internally and externally

Experience and Education requirements:
• Completion of a university degree or college diploma in engineering, business administration,
commerce or other discipline related to kitchen and cabinet manufacturing is required
• At least three years of sales management experience is required
