Sales Vice-President Job

Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market reach and increase revenue.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and enhance overall performance.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to grow the company’s presence.
- Oversee market research and analyze industry trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Manage budgets, sales forecasts, and performance reports.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree graduation certificate or equivalent experience
-At least 3 years of relevant working experience
-Possesses and able to carry out work with the following characteristics:
Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Flexibility, Organized, Team player, Initiative
