Job Description:
North America Electrical Energy Equipments Co. Ltd. (NAEEE) is one of the top global suppliers of aluminum wire and cable for coils. We are looking for an experienced Sales Vice-president to join our Canadian headquarter in Bolton Ontario.
The Sales Vice-president will oversee the company’s sales strategy in Canada, including setting sales direction, driving business growth, managing key accounts and sales teams, and contributing to senior-level strategic decisions to support the company’s long-term development.
Position Details:
Full-time permanent position
Location: 7 Loring Drive, Bolton, ON, L7E 1Y1
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible.
Salary Expectation: $165000-$190000 per year
Benefit: Paid holidays and generous paid time off during business travel; car mileage reimbursement and financial assistance for professional continuing education; performance bonus
Position Responsibilities:
• Direct and establish NAEEE’s overall sales strategy, aligned with manufacturing capacity, product development, and long-term business objectives.
• Develop and implement sales policies, pricing strategies, and market expansion plans.
• Oversee the development of forecasts, budgets, and revenue targets, ensuring alignment with production planning and supply chain operations.
• Lead negotiations of major contracts and strategic agreements with key clients, including distributors, industrial buyers, and utility companies.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure sales commitments are achievable and delivered efficiently.
• Participate in executive decision-making, advising on business expansion, investment opportunities, and operational improvements.
• Allocate resources and establish organizational structure to support sales growth and market development.
• Provide strategic direction and decision-making supported by specialized expertise in energy equipment and power transmission products, ensuring all sales initiatives, client engagements, and market expansion strategies are technically aligned with product capabilities and industry standards.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategic planning and maintain competitive positioning.
• Represent NAEEE in strategic sales negotiations, key client relationships, and industry partnerships to support business growth and market expansion.
• Recruit, appoint, and oversee middle sales leaders to support organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
• Completion of University degree or above in business or related field is required;
• Fluent in English;
• Over 5 years of management experiences in related to sales and marketing; experience in manufacturing or industrial sales is preferred;
• Excellent organization and project management skills;
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Be able to travel domestic and internationally to attend site visits, business meetings and events.
