Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and driven Sales Supervisor to join our growing team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The ideal candidate is a team player with proven experience in sales supervision and excellent communication skills. Job Requirements:
Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff
• Assign duties and schedules to sales workers
• Hire, train, and onboard new employees
• Order, organize, and maintain merchandise and inventory
• Resolve customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages
• Prepare reports on sales volume, staffing, and merchandising matters
• Authorize returns and handle related issues
• Ensure excellent customer service and smooth store operations
• Supervise both store and office staff including volunteers, if applicable
• Sell merchandise when necessary
Qualifications
• Education: College/CEGEP (preferably in general studies or related field)
• Experience: 3 to less than 5 years in a sales or retail leadership role
• Languages: English (spoken and written)
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Outlook and general tech tools
