Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Supervisor to join our team. Ready to materialize your passion for sales into a connected purpose? What this role offers you:
1.$21 to $25 per hour, 30 hours per week

Work Location:
Unit A, 230 Dalhousie Drive, Winnipeg, MB R3T 2Z1
What you’ll be doing:
1. Schedule, assign and coordinate routine tasks for other employees.
2. Oversee and manage the performance and behaviour of sales-related personnel under store requirements.
3. Verify and approve orders, receipts, payments, and purchases and deliveries.
4. Monitor inventory status, including quality, quantity, etc., for timely replenishment as needed.
5. Responsible for addressing day-to-day pre-sales and post-sales issues.
6. Ensure the appearance, practicality and tidiness of the display of products, shelves, store signs, etc.
7. Regularly report store status to the store manager, including but not limited to sales volume, inventory, employee performance, etc.
8. Responsible for recruiting, training, and evaluating new sales-related positions.
9. Temporarily fill in as a sales clerk during high volume of customers and perform the corresponding duties.
10. Completing other tasks that the store manager assigns.

4. Basic knowledge related to sales, promotion and management;
5. Strong verbal communication and expression skills;
6. Exceptional coordination and organizational abilities.
