Sales Supervisor Job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our retail sales team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to motivate and develop staff. Bilingual abilities and prior retail management experience are highly valued to effectively serve diverse customer needs and manage team performance.

Duties
• Supervise daily store operations, including merchandising, pricing, and inventory management
• Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members to build a high-performing sales team
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and training & development programs for staff
• Oversee cash handling, cashiering, and POS transactions ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Develop marketing strategies to increase store traffic and sales performance
• Monitor store budgets, perform bookkeeping tasks, and manage purchasing activities
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance team productivity
• Implement store policies, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain a welcoming shopping environment

• Proven experience in supervising retail sales teams with strong leadership capabilities
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively
• Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, and merchandising techniques
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in recruiting, interviewing, training & development, and team management
• Knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping, pricing strategies, and marketing principles
• Ability to handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing and record keeping with accuracy
• Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team with excellent problem-solving skills
