Key Responsibilities:

Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
Organize and maintain inventory while ensuring product availability.
Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and supply shortages effectively.
Manage cash handling processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Oversee office and volunteer staff, providing support and guidance as required.
Sell merchandise and promote products to maximize sales performance.
